Duck Push 2025 - Clongowes
Donation protected
The Clongowes Duck Push 2025 continues a 31-year-long tradition of fundraising by the Transition Year students at Clongowes. The boys aim to raise funds for Crumlin Children's Hospital in the spirit of 'Kids Helping Kids.'
Over the years, the Duck Push has raised over €2.7 million, enabling the purchase of vital medical equipment to help treat Ireland's sick children.
All funds raised here will be transferred to the Children's Health Foundation Crumlin.
How it Works
Throughout their TY year, students work together to organise fundraising events such as:
24-hour swim on Thursday, 7th November.

The Clongowes Duck Push Golf Classic on Friday, 2nd May, at Millicent Golf Club.
The Duck Push 5km and 10km Run on Saturday, 29th Mar at Clongowes.
A 24-hour run on Tuesday, 20th May.

The Duck Push itself will take place in various locations all over Ireland, and you will see a giant yellow duck being pushed hundreds of kilometres by our TY students throughout the year.
