I don't even know how to begin. Please donate/help with whatever you can to help us lay my brother Dallas Francis to rest. Dallas was taken from us way too soon at the hands of some messed up people that can take an innocent life for no reason. Dallas was a good man, who loved his family and friends and would do anything for them. Please even if you don't have anything to give please leave a memory of him.
