Urgent education fund

Hi everyone,

My name is Aishwarya, also known as Rani Aishwarya in drag, or Vansh Sharma out of drag. I am an international student at Algonquin College, and I am currently raising funds to pay my tuition fees for my final semester.

Being an international student on a study visa comes with significant challenges. My tuition fees amount to several thousand dollars per term, and I am only allowed to work 20 hours per week due to visa restrictions. On top of this, I send money back home to support my family in India, where my father is medically unfit to work, and my mother is a housewife.

Until recently, I was able to manage both my education and my family’s needs through my job here in Canada, but I lost that job and have been struggling to find a new one. This has left me unable to pay my upcoming tuition fees.

The deadline to pay my tuition fees is in January, and without completing my program, I risk being deported back to India without the opportunity to build the future I came here to pursue.

I kindly ask for your support—any amount you can donate will help me stay in school, complete my education this January, and eventually secure a better job to support both myself and my family.
