Explorers Grand Slam

Hello, fellow adventurers and supporters!

My name is Ian Hughes, and I am on a thrilling quest to achieve the Explorers Grand Slam—an extraordinary challenge that includes summiting the highest peaks on each continent and skiing to both the North and South Poles. So far, I have successfully conquered four of the seven summits: Denali, Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, and Carstensz Pyramid. Each of these climbs has pushed me to my limits and taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance, teamwork, and the beauty of our planet.

Now, I stand at the precipice of my next great challenges: summiting Mount Everest, Mount Vinson, and Aconcagua, as well as embarking on the breathtaking journey to ski to the geographical North and South Poles. These adventures not only require immense physical preparation but also significant financial resources for travel, gear, permits, and safety measures all of which I fund myself .

I am reaching out to you, my friends, family, and fellow adventure enthusiasts, to help make this dream a reality.
