Keeping a Family Together
Donation protected
Oliver and Fran have been together for over 3 years.
When Oliver met Fran in Chile whilst on holidays, they fell in love and decided to spend the rest of their lives together- or so they thought.
Time went on and they decided to both move to Oliver's home country, Australia to have a safer and happier life.
This was a hard decision for Fran as this meant she would be leaving her entire family to move to a foreign country although she knew Australia would benefit the both of them for their future.
In October 2017 they received incredible news that Fran had fell pregnant. Their journey as parents had just begun.
At 20 weeks pregnant Fran went into medicare and shocking news was given to her. Her visa had been cancelled.
This was just the beginning of an ongoing battle with the government.
Fran's humanitarian visa has now been declined despite having an almost 4 year relationship with her Australian husband and having a beautiful daughter in Australia.
Her application for residency had been declined and has torn this family apart.
We are seeking help from anyone that can find it in their hearts to help save this family and keep them together.
All funds will be going towards legal resources. Any extra donations received will be donated back to charity.
