Help a single mother restore her home

Hello! I am making this gofundme for my family friend Ms. Kelly and her son Phoenix. On Sunday April 7th, a drunk driver and a passenger drove into their home. The driver and passenger didn’t even bother to check to see if anyone was home or even alive. Both individuals are seen fleeing the scene as a neighbor chased after them. They unfortunately got away but shortly after returned to take their plates off the vehicle. The passenger and driver didn’t report the crime either. Thankfully both Kelly and her son were out that night. Normally Kelly is home and sleeping right on the couch where the BMW is covering. Kelly and her son have now been displaced and are living in a hotel where the expenses are still theirs regardless of being the victims. Kelly’s work phone is also broken due to the damage the car did on their home so while she is also losing wages for that as well as a place to stay while they try to figure out how to rebuild their home. She is a single mother providing for her son. The driver of the BMW is not going to be prosecuted to the full extent for the crime while the passenger is not being prosecuted at all even though he is an accessory to the crime. They are both uninsured as well as not licensed to drive in US. While Kelly and her son have to suffer these two individuals get to live life as if nothing happened and a little slap on the wrist. Even if you don’t donate money anything is welcomed, they lost their home, their memories and so much more that cannot be replaced.
