Rabbi Moshe Shmaryahu

My name is Michael and I am a member of Beth David Synagogue, parent of four graduates of Hillel Academy and close personal friend of Rabbi Moshe Shmaryahu who has devoted the last several years of his life to the students and families of Hillel Academy as their friend and teacher and to the members of Beth David Synagogue where he has served as our cantor for many, many years. With his beautiful voice, love of God and devotion to Judaism, he has touched the hearts and souls of so many people throughout our community. Unfortunately, Moshe was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a form of blood cancer for which he is now undergoing medical treatment which is expensive and not fully covered by the medical insurance provided by Hillel Academy. Moshe needs and deserves our help and support - both moral and financial and you can make a real difference in Moshe's life by helping to ease his financial burden and distress by making a donation to this GoFundMe page.
