Raccoon Rescue

I am a Full Permited Wildlife Rsv Rehabilitator in La Porte County Indiana, specializing in Raccoons. We also take in attempted pet raccoons!

In 2018 I purchased a piece of land with my hard earned money, to someday create a sanctuary for wild injured, orphaned, and rejected legal pet Raccoons. During that time I have gained more experience and resources.

Today I am proud to be able to take it to the next level. The roof on the garage has already been repaired and we have been slowly tearing down the old house.

We are looking to add city water and sewer, finish the garage, install heat/air, and add a bigger enclosure for Raccoon Educational Ambassadors.

We also have a rescue team that has been building up our equipment. We now have a laser therapy tool, kayak, roofing spikes, sewing kits, 3 incubators, heat pads, medical microscope, portable lazer therapy device, portable nebulizer, and ppe supplies.

This is a huge improvement for our area with a great need! With new developments this year wiping out wildlife areas, we estimate the number of rescues to triple.
