Rachel and Dave relief

Hi, we are Megan and Paige. We have started a go fund me to help assist our dear friends Rachel and Dave. This is important to us because they mean the world to so many! Rachel Wooden is a Mother, sister, and daughter and is an advocate for her community and participates in many activities to bring everyone together to create unity within her community.

Rachel and Dave were involved in a motorcycle accident this past weekend and they both suffered extensive injuries that required surgery and it's going to be a long road ahead. At this point, they are both immobile and it will be months before they recover.

Rachel embodies the meaning of selflessness. She is the first person to show up when anybody needs her. She is the last person to leave when someone is in pain. She is loyal to those in her life and committed to developing kind, courageous and strong children. She survived an accident that many would have not walked away from, by the grace of God she was protected. With the long road ahead of recovery, Rachel and Dave will not be able to work which will bring financial hardships on her family. They both recently purchased their first home together as a family. We are asking you to pave the way for her and her family by shining the light on this long road. We appreciate your generosity, humility and loyalty to our beautiful friends Rachel and Dave.

Update: Rachel is home as of Thursday. Dave also just arrived home Saturday evening. Their home had some repairs so it is wheelchair accessible. Rachel’s left side is still immobile with a long road ahead. Their spirits are high, Praise be to God.
