Missing Hiker, My Wife, Help to Offset Expenses

On October 17th, 2019, Rachel Lakoduk set out by herself on an adventure up to Hidden Lake Lookout in the Northern Cascade mountain range to celebrate her birthday. She had been planning this trip for a long time and felt it was a trip of a lifetime!

While hiking, the weather turned and Rachel did not make it down off the mountain.

There have been extensive searches for her since then and she has not been recovered. Rachel has always been full of life and as vivacious as her curly red locks. She sought to spread genuine love and cared deeply for those around her. Her disappearance has devastated her friends and family, her parents and her husband, Jamie Lakoduk.

Jamie has been at Marblemount for the last couple of weeks helping in any way that he can and had to leave his job to do so.

This GoFund Me is being set up to help Jamie during this time of hardship, help cover any memorial expenses should those arise and any search related expenses that can be covered.
