Rachel Penix

Hello everyone,

 

I just want to share a little information about Rachel!

 

Rachel has inspired and helped the lives of many with her words, her heart and her actions. And despite having a number of things tossed at her, her faith has remained impenetrable. Rachel is a mother of 3 little children under the age of 8. She was a nurse during the pandemic and decided that was not her dream job. She opened up a Boutique called Mya Marie's which is named after her daughter. Rachel worked so hard on her store to get it up running. She was there all day and night to accomplish her dream of being a business owner. She opened her shop in June of 2021! She absolutely loves what she does and you can see how much pride she takes in her work. She is one hard working mama.

 

Rachel went in for an MRI on 12/27 & 12/28, the doctor called her and told her she has a tumor on her brain. She has continued to remain positive during all of this. She goes in for surgery January 19th and will take at least 6 to 8 weeks to recover. She has a long road ahead and we want to make sure she is taking care of herself and not worrying about how to make ends meet or her business closing. We want these next few months for her to be stress free and just focusing on her health and healing.
