Rachel Watson - with Our Lord on 26 Jul 2022

Hi, we are Charles & Christa Holmes [now of New Braunfels, TX], friends of the Watson and Zeck families. Rachel and Ryan (Watson) were blessed with twin girls (Theadora Jean and Kinsley Deon) on 17 July 2022 - at Fairfax INOVA Hospital, Fairfax, VA. They were "over the moon excited to have brought home healthy baby girls" to join Ryan, Rachel, and their young son, Lincoln!

Fast forward -- Rachel recovered ~ four days in the hospital, and was released to go home. She began to not feel well...and was taken back to the hospital on / about Friday 22 July 2022. Complications developed, surgeries took place, and Our Lord took Rachel to Heaven on Monday, 25 July 2022 [actual time of death; 12:25 AM, 26 Jul 2022] -- leaving a grieving family and friends who remain shocked with disbelief!

Rachel was the best friend to our daughter, a "roomie" in our home, beloved mother / wife / daughter, hard worker, delightful, and helpful person...no adjectives can truly describe how she touched so many in her 35 years of life! This is a way to remember her, as our faith calls us to do...by helping those in need!

Ryan, her husband, has the support of those who care, but this GofundMe effort is to help with what is expected to be some $18,000 in funeral costs. [Memorial Services are to be arranged.].
