Our dear friend Rachel fought a great fight but after a 4 year battle we have lost our beloved to the ugly hands of cancer.
Rachel was first diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2013 after recognizing something unusual during a routine breast self exam. The cancer would eventually roam and take over her breasts, back, liver, head, and lungs. Rachel underwent several rounds of chemotherapy and radiation, refusing to give up on life. She never stopped fighting because she loved her children so dearly.
With her family and closest friends by her side, Rachel was called home to have everlasting rest in heaven on May 4th, 2017 at 2:39pm. Rachel leaves behind 4 beautiful children, Tristan, Rhiann, Trevian, and Martez.
Rachel wanted a Celebration of Life after her passing. She did not want us to be sad and mourn her death. We are raising money at this time to help with the costs associated for her Celebration of Life. The money will also be used for the daily expenses to care for her four children and give them a running start at life.
