Scott Durand Cancer Fund

Rachel Contracting is reaching out to everyone to help raise money for Scott Durand and his family. Scott is an Operator that has been with Rachel Contracting since 2013.
In August of 2015 Scott had been complaining of an ear ache. By September the lymph nodes in his neck had begun to swell. After many tests were done Scott was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Scott and his new wife, Sue, were devastated. Scott, being the strong fighter that he is, set his mind out to beat this scary diagnosis. After 5 rounds of chemotherapy and 35 radiations, Scott had his 12 week pet scan in February 2016. Sadly, the cancer has now spread to Scott's lungs. Scott once again has to go through numerous rounds of chemotherapy and radiation.
Scott's wife said "going back to work for Scott is the best medicine that could be prescribed. He loves his job and working for Rachel Contracting".
We are asking those who can, to give a little to Scott and his family. His wife and soul mate are staying strong and looking forward to a long life together, building future memories and possibly buying their first home together. This is a terminal cancer, but with proper treatment, let us try and extend his life as long as they can.
