Rachelle Lost her Home in Otis Fire
Donation protected
After saving their home from a kitchen fire in May, Rachelle and her children lost their home in the Otis/ Echo Mountain Fire on September 9, 2020. She was not the only member of the community to loose their home. Her whole neighborhood in the Salmon River Mobile Village was lost in the fire.
Rachelle is a single mother of two children Rosie and Arthur. She lived in the home with her Father, Micheal Haft. Due to the recent kitchen fire and the ongoing repairs from that event, Rachelle and Michael did not have current insurance on their home.
Rachelle and the kids will need to find a new place to live in the Lincoln City area due to her job at a local Assisted Living Facility.
Her ongoing expenses will include temporary housing and the eventual replacement of all belonging as well as searching for a new residence, paying deposits and supporting her children.
Rachelle has asked me to help facilitate the fundraising efforts on behalf of her and her children.
