The Cape Cougar 10U Football Team is throwing a fundraiser to support one of our own, football mom Rachel Martin. Rachel was diagnosed with ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. All money raised will go directly to Rachel to help offset medical bills, family & household expenses, and to create family memories.
