Radical Transformational Leadership in Español!

We care deeply about ensuring full accessibility to Radical Transformational Leadership for all of the incredible Spanish speaking leaders in our communities. Sustainable and equitable change is about ALL of us working together.

We've made great progress in creating access to RTL in Spanish, but we need your help getting to the finish line and ensuring full access!

Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) is a leadership framework for social change creating powerful results in over 60 countries. Created by former Director of Leadership and Capacity Development for the United Nations, Dr. Monica Sharma, RTL provides a values-based leadership framework supported by over 40 interlocking planning, management and interpersonal tools for equitable and sustainable change. RTL is effective for change makers at all levels within an organization, in all sectors and across cultures. Over 100 monolingual Spanish speakers have participated in an RTL program in the U.S., along with many more Spanish/English bilingual leaders.

We are asking our community and partners to help get the book to the finish line and ensure language justice for our Spanish speaking participants.

These actions will help us ensure that our community members have full access to RTL in Spanish! All future RTL participants who speak Spanish will receive a copy of the book in Spanish, and the book will be available globally for all change makers.
