Radio for seniors, disabled and lonely

I want to start up a local radio station on the internet for seniors, the disabled and the lonely as Covid strikes with another lockdown and who knows how long the difficulties will continue.
I am supported by the wonderful people at Pulse Talk Radio, a not for profit radio station, who are providing the base for me to offer a radio show for people from Willenhall, Wolverhampton, Darlaston and Bilston. It will be called WWDB Community Chat Show. I am doing this voluntarily and without profit and I assure you there is a real need for it.
Many people in this area until recently, and indeed for many years, listened to my radio show on Wolverhampton City Radio, Philip Solomon's Music & Memories, where we played lots of records from the 50s and 60s and even earlier, and I would chat about the wonderful times people had in those days and get in some wonderful guests to interview as well. The listeners would send in their reminiscences of those times to me and even call into the show. The programme has been ended now unfortunately, but so many seniors, disabled and lonely people have contacted me in such great numbers, saying how much they miss it now, especially in these present awful times.
From my own pocket and, I can tell you at some cost, I have built a little studio and paid to a server to be able to broadcast it again live for them, along with interviewing experts, who can offer specific advice to help these groups of people, particularly our senior citizens, those with disabilities, the lonely and those that simply miss the type of show that means so much to them and brings back memories of good days and, hopefully, good days to come. Unfortunately, I now need something called a PRS Limited Licence to allow me to broadcast the songs from those days that they all love, but are copyrighted. The licence and other things will cost about £650 a year, and you simply have to have the licence or you can't play the songs, but I find myself in a position where I can't fund this project any more.
I have many other charities that I help and I have been advised to try the lovely Go Fund Me people to see if the community out there would help to fund the cost of the licence and a few other necessities and things that I need to get it up and running properly. This type of radio is a wonderful help to people who cannot get out and reminiscence work has proved vital in helping older people with loneliness, depression and unfortunately, in some cases, even mental health issues.
I feel a little embarrassed to ask for help, but I do so many other things that I cannot ignore my efforts to help other groups and individuals as well, and I am these days mostly retired myself. Not blowing my own trumpet, I assure you I am a modest person, but I am an excellent broadcaster and almost everyone knows me in the areas of Willenhall, Darlaston and Bilston and some areas of Wolverhampton such as Portobello, Wednesfield, etc., that I have outlined, and these are towns that always seem to be forgotten - but never by me.
If you could perhaps give a small amount, even a £1 would help, I would be extremely grateful to you and would be delighted to broadcast to the groups I have talked about here. I would like to get this going as soon as possible as Covid is again hurting us all, but particularly those that can't get out at the best of times, not just now, for whatever reason. There is a great need for this radio show right now, so please help if you can. Kindest regards, Philip Solomon
