On Sunday June 16th, the Hill-Duckworth family experienced an unimaginable tragedy, the sudden passing of their beloved parent, partner and person, Rae Duckworth. Rae is survived by her wife, Katie Hill, and two young children Piper (5) and Oak (3). For over a decade, Rae and Katie shared a beautiful life together with a busy home full of kids and animals. This loss has forever changed this family's life and they need our love and support.
