Rain Day Rooms

Once again we face the dilemma of what to do about our vulnerable neighbors who are sleeping outside during the rain. We have a few elders out here and people who have to work all day after sleeping outside in the rain who are asking for help. Right now we would like to start securing rooms for up coming weather
