Raising funds for house repairs

Those of you who know me know that I've been going through a rough divorce after my ex-husband developed substance abuse and cheated on me. We recently were able to find a buyer for our house, but is suddenly becoming very combative and unreasonable and attempted to jeopardize the sale. Our buyer has requested several repairs that refuses to pay for and so the burden has fallen on me to pay for them to be able to get this house sale over with so I can move on with my life. has been out of work since October 2022. I had been paying our mortgage and all of our bills/groceries up until I moved. Since August, I have continued to pay the mortgage in Texas while lived in the house not contributing at all and I have had my own bills in California. He has been incredibly difficult throughout every step of the way. I've racked up a over $10k in legal debt because my lawyers have had to do all of the legwork and we've had to file multiple court orders. All of this has added up and unfortunately after we settle debts, we are going to walk away with very little money to split between us. I don't normally ask for help, but I've eaten through my savings paying for all of this. I know the holidays are the worst time for things like this, but if anyone is able to do ate I'd greatly appreciate it. The realtor estimates it will cost about $3200 to repair our main sewer line where tree roots have grown in, fix our sprinkler system, and put up drywall in the garage (which only needs to be repaired because took the walls/ceiling down and never replaced it). If this goes over $3200, any extra will go towards my legal fees which are still ongoing as our divorce has not been finalized and we still have to come to a settlement.
