Our Purpose: To Raise Funds for Kershaw County Sheriff's Office

The Kershaw County Sheriff's Foundation is a 501©3 charitable organization established in 2011 to support the Kershaw County Sheriff's Office to support the Un-Funded portion of the Department's needs and build a close relationship with all of the Citizens of Kershaw County.

The funds raised support the unfunded needs of the entire Sherrif's Department, Reward Deputy of the Quarter, and Deputy of the Year. Also, a special award goes to a Citizen of Law Enforcement each year nominated by the KC Citizens. "The Leonard Price Friend of Law Enforcement" each year."

**NEED is for a dual-purpose patrol/narcotics K9. The possible breeds are Belgian Malinois, German Shepherd, or Dutch Shepherd. Your department’s choice. It will be trained in narcotics detection, and passive response with our 4–5-week handler school included. Basic odors include meth, heroin, MDMA, and Cocaine. The cost of this package is $13,500, the dog will come with a full, 2-year health warranty, and a 1-year work warranty, including its full medical reports. In addition, housing can be covered for an additional charge of $1,000 leaving the grand total of $14,500 for the K9, warranties, training school, and housing.
