Raise Funds for O-UT in the Community

My name is Ginny Burton, I am recovering from addiction, incarceration, child welfare engagement, domestic violence, and many other things. After changing my life, I felt it necessary to share my process with the world.

Instead of moving away from the familiar dark places, I committed myself to help others change things for themselves.

After changing my life, I served people in a re-entry and social service setting for roughly 10 years. But I was not serving people at my highest capacity. They asked for more help than I had access to and often continued down destructive paths because they could not find a way out. I reached a point where I just couldn't hand out rotten fish any longer and was determined to teach people to fish themselves. I then created a way O-UT.

I constructed a curriculum and program and I have named it O-UT, Overhaul-Unrelenting Transfiguration. O-UT is a 10-module process that focuses on helping individuals identify their challenges and assets and create a comprehensive plan out of their circumstances. O-UT is facilitated by professionals with lived experience to aid in addressing individual deficits.

O-UT walks a participant through difficulties while modeling skills that aid in overcoming personal challenges and setbacks. O-UT has a host of community partners ready to assist individuals to realize their goals after completing the internal work to maintain achievements long-term. I have presented this program to many institutions and agencies, with tremendous buy-in and interest. O-UT needs to be delivered to the community as well.

With your support, O-UT can become a community-based program. Your donation will help secure a facility for an inpatient treatment program that addresses the multiple underlying causes of a person's circumstances, whether that be addiction, incarceration, or homelessness.

O-UT needs a community-based facility so those who are not incarcerated can access the program.

O-UT is NOT a non-profit. This presents a challenge when people are looking for a tax write-off, but if you are truly looking to help someone change their life, this is the place to help make that happen.

I feel 1000% confident that O-UT is the missing link in the lives of people who submit to destructive paths.
