Fundraiser for Together Against Cancer

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I am raising money in aid of Together Against Cancer and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this because that means so much to me.

Over the last few years, I have experienced many people who I know which have had cancer, some have sadly passed away. My father also had cancer which was not detected until the late stages. I believe organisations such as Together Against Cancer can contribute to helping people who have cancer by supporting them and putting them in touch with people who can help. It is not just the person who needs support but the family of that person as it can be incredibly stressful on loved ones.

I will be doing a non-stop radio show for 24hrs on Saturday the 4th of February which is World Cancer Day! it will commence at 10am till 10am on Sunday the 4th of February. The mission is to raise as much money for the organisations so they can provide more services to those suffering from the illness.

I will be through the day playing music non-stop music, excluding adverts and there will be interviews from people who have unfortunately suffered from cancer and are able to tell their story. During the night there will be big tunes played from different genres of music with guests passing through. Furthermore to add to the challenge I will not eat any food just water and fruit is allowed.

Treatments cost £25 at a time so the more raised the more treatments can go to those who need it!

I appreciate every single donation to a worthy cause the stats are currently 1 in every 5 people can get cancer so let us work together to help those who are battling the disease and give hope.
