Saving Sharon

Sharon Dunstan is a vibrant and beautiful person who loves her family, friends, community, church, and nature. She has devoted her life to helping her community and church and has shined her light amongst all of her friends and family. Every encounter Sharon makes with a person she leaves them feeling loved and special.

In August 2022 she was faced with a very challenging diagnosis. A diagnosis that has been robbing her of her precious life. This diagnosis could rob her family of a mother, grandmother, wife, sister, and friend.

For months she has been fighting for her life.

She has been undergoing painful radiation, chemo, tremendous weight loss, and numerous other challenging experiences. All of these experiences have not only been extremely hard on her body, but hard mentally. She has been strict in eating and drinking only the cleanest diet.

She has recently spoken with an oncologist at a facility in Chicago called The Block Foundation. They discussed new and very efficient treatments that would help her tremendously that are not offered on the East Coast. These treatments will help her battle her stage 4 Triple Negative metastatic Breast Cancer and may give her a longer life.

These treatments will not be as painful as the treatments she is currently going through. These new treatments could save her life.

Financially this has all been a challenge on her and her family.
