Raise money for the cat sanctuary neuter clinics

So many times I have tried writing this but I have never gotten past the first line because asking is not in me.

But none of this is about me I have to learn to push that aside.

This is about something so much bigger.

This is about making this cruel and horrible world a slightly better place.

In the past 22 months I have used every inch of energy and fight in my body to achieve this goal.

A very long story, short. 4 years ago I moved to Belize, Central America in case you were wondering.

I've lived in a few different countries on a few different continents so I am not at all naive to the neglect that poverty brings but that does not mean I have to accept it. The world can always be a better place but that is on us


Shortly after moving here I noticed the lack of care and interest in the cats in Belize, I started fostering cats through my local humane society but I soon started realizing the limitations that came with a humane society.

Although I understand these limitations they were not something I could accept.

I couldn't accept being told I can't help when all I know that awaits is death. I don't wanna choose who lives and who dies because of finance, survival rates, adoption possibilities and the amount of care and time needed.

I am not here to choose their fate, I am here to give each and everyone of them a chance of surviving if they are not suffering and even if they are suffering and if they have no hope of surviving I'm still going to take them in and offer them love and comfort until their time is up and ensure they don't suffer any more.

I do not come with limitations, I come with high hopes, hard work and always the possibilities of finding a better solution.

So 22 months ago I built a house and turned it into a no cage, no kill, spay and neuter live in cat sanctuary and my home.

I became an independent charity where I can make sure each and every life matters.

In 22 months I have rescued 250 cats/kittens from a life of starvation, neglect and abuse 90 of these have been neonates needing around the clock care


In June I started raising money to have regular spay and neuter clinics where I could include owned cats for low income families and a TNR program to help tackle the huge feral cat population.


Every day I am determined to make a better life for the cats of Belize.

Sadly my mission can not be mine alone to carry, I've gotten this far but now I really need your help.

I've spent every penny I had and every penny I make on this but sadly there are no more savings. My bank has hit zero but I refuse to let my dream end.


I need help sharing my sanctuary and the stories of the furry lives who help fill my sanctuary with the world.

I need help finding more funding and donations.

I need help in finding more ways to make my dream of a better world a reality.

But more than anything I need help raising money to help tackle this problem at its core.

I want a better tomorrow for these poor souls and a better tomorrow has to start today!!

Weekly I get messages about feral cat colonies and owed cats who's owners can’t afford to pay the full neutering bill (please remember I living in a developing country where some families really struggle)

Without help these cats are just reproducing over and over again. Putting more and more stray cats out on the streets who are ending up in my home and care.

One day I woke up and realised there is so so much potential running through my body.

I've pushed, I've fought, I've cried and I've felt like not getting up but I have always made tomorrow better, made tomorrow a little more beautiful but sadly without you, without help my tomorrow are running out.
