Peekaboo's Bird Rescue and Sanctuary

I am a bird lover and advocate. It is my dream to share my knowledge and love of by taking care of birds thaat areunwanted. Domesticated birds can be qute high maintenance  and sometimes people don't realise the time, attention and costs ivolved in caring for domesticated birds. Other times life circumstances change and people are forced to rehome their beloved birds. It is my calling to step in and support these birds who need a new home. I will collect  them from their owners and care for them whilst I match them with a new owner. This service will be provided totally free of charge to the adopter and the adoptee.
We are raising money to help fund the vet bills, toys, aviaries, cages, food and supplies necessary to start a bird and parrot rescue in Melbourne.  We have the support of the local council and we will ensure complete transparency and itemised  receipts of all purchases.
