A tree branch crushed the roof of my art studio! The building is still standing, however my creative space is now unsafe and I cannot use it for making or storing any art.

In spite of tarps and patching attempts, rain water seeps in during each storm. The steep pitch angle makes this roof a dangerous challenge that needs specialized skills and scaffolding instead of ladders.

We must act fast in order to save the rest of the structure, before mold destroys what is left. I know enough about interior finishing work that I can do the majority of the restoration myself, but I need an expert for this critical first part of the project. I can't rebuild anything until there is protection from the elements.

I've got a roofer in mind, that I trust, who owes me a favor. They are willing to strip off and replace the old shingles and plywood for a flat fee, but handle any structural problems that might be revealed beneath for no additional labor charges, ONLY the cost of materials. What a deal! That offer is too good to pass up, but I need some help to get there.
