Raising funds for Hartford Court Residents

Hi, I’m Phil & I’m running the Great North Run to raise funds for my Grans care home. She recently turned 100 and the staff went above and beyond to make her birthday extra special. When we visit her it’s like we are in her home, the staff are like her family. They made a wish of hers come true & arranged transportation & a carer to get her to her great granddaughters wedding. She enjoys daily activities & regular trips out. We are overwhelmed by the love care and attention she receives & would like to give something back. Any donation big or small will be greatly appreciated, thank you Phil xx
