Raising money to help with my cancer

Three years ago I was diagnosed with Lung cancer in my left Lung which was removed. I then underwent chemo for 3 months which was a really tough time, but i'm a fighter and still here.
However my Cancer came back in the remaining Lung and I am now incurable stage 4; doctors have told me this and I am on targeted treatment chemo which gives me side effects. I had been a non- smoker, I am trying my best to cope with this nightmare of a diagnoses, but I know there are people worse off than me.
My family try to help me to keep strong and my faith in god helps and he has helped me so far. My partner works so hard and struggles as he works very hard and looks after me, and he gets really down about it all, its all so devastating, we are living in denial of it all, my children are so sad too and we are all so close. Would love to grow old together but that's been taken away from us, and I would love to see my future grandchildren, that would be my wish come true.
I just need some help right now so I can concentrate on living however long I have left, it would be good if I can have longer with specialist treatments, I know they are available but not available on the NHS.
I would like to just have that part eased off my mind a bit and be a bit happy again. I would love to enjoy nature again and embrace life while i'm still here and to do simple things and spend time with the people I love, so I can have special memories before I go.
The picture of me is in Scotland just gazing out the window taking in our beautiful world!
Thank you so much for reading a little bit of my story.
I will be posting updates and more pictures of my hospital appointments and targeted chemo drug which I don't have long on.
Many thanks.
