Raising money for Athletes with Disabilities

Canadian Electric Wheelchair Hockey Association – London Division – A Competitive Floor Hockey League for Athletes with Disabilities – Our hockey organization is planning to begin playing again in October of 2022. Due to covid-19, we haven’t been able to do a proper fundraiser for 3 years. Our organization is struggling to get the funds to help our players to be the best that they can be. Every other year there is a Canadian National tournament where players from around the country compete for the honour of being the best team in Canada. This is our Stanley Cup. Our team, the London Electric Knights, need better power wheelchairs in order to compete on a level playing field with the other cities. We would like to ask you to consider donating to our organization to help our players to continue to compete effectively at the local and national levels. Our goal is $25,000. Your donation will be going towards the purchase of 3 power wheelchairs for players who cannot be competitive in the wheelchairs they currently have. Any amount you are willing to donate will help us to reach our goal. Thank you for your time.
