Raising money for Friends of The Cancer Centre Belfast!!

Hi I’m Zara,

As some may know, my Granny and Granda have recently been diagnosed with advanced cancer and to support my granny going through chemo I have decided to cut my hair and donate it to The Little Princess Trust - A charity that provides real hair wigs to children and young people that have lost their own hair through cancer.

I am raising vital funds for The Friends of the Cancer Centre Belfast - to help support cancer patients and their families just like mine. I’m hoping to raise £500 to help go towards the expert medical care and equipment, team of doctors, clinical specialists, nurses and overall provide support to as many families as possible.

The Friends of the Cancer Centre have provided a lot of support and information about both my grandparents diagnosis’ and treatment so far and have made a positive impact on their cancer journey even at this early stage.

Based at the heart of the Cancer Centre at Belfast City Hospital, the charity funds life-saving and life-changing projects that make a real and lasting difference to the lives of thousands of local people affected by cancer and in the last year alone, Friends of the Cancer Centre has put almost £1.2 million back into local cancer services.

If you or any of your friends or family have been affected by cancer you will know how devastating it is and how amazing these charities are! Please donate anything you can to help!!!
