SADAAQAH JARIIYA FOR MY FATHER

Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un (Surely we belong to Allah (God) and to Him shall we return) I have set up this page to raise Sadaqah Jariyah (on going charity) on behalf of my beloved fatherwho sadly passed away on the 19th of November  2019.My father was diagnosed with cancer 11 months prior to his death. The doctors tried a few rounds of chemotherapy however unfortunately it  was unsuccessful.  My father was an amazing person and was loved by many and he is truly missed. As his family I feel as though the least we   could do is raise money with the help of you all and put it to good use. The main reason why I would like to raise money in his name is to build a well in Somalia for those who are less fortunate to drink from.  On the authority of Abu Hurairah (ra) that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ‘When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him’. (Muslim) May Allah (swt) reward you all for all your donations. May Allah (swt) shower my beloved father with mercy and grant him the highest rank in Jannah  and may we all be reunited in Jannah inshallah.
