Raising money for The Royal Marsden Hospital
Hi friends and family,
Our amazing Dad, Maurizio Aironi, lost his fight to cancer on 17th April 2020, after battling for 18 years.
He fought with strength and dignity throughout but this would not have been the case without the help he received from the incredible Royal Marsden Hospital. As a family, we want to help raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity as a Thank You for all the amazing doctors, nurses and volunteers who tirelessly work to help families such as ours, and even more so now during these testing times.
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to have the ceremony that we wished for Dad, as we are only allowed to have ten people attend the funeral. This is why we have set up this Gofundme page as we know this is what Dad would have chosen.
The Royal Marsden made our family and Dad feel safe and cared for throughout his journey. For that, we are truly grateful and want to give back.
