Complete Building Home.

Hi, my name is Moe Patterson, and my wife's name is Lori. We are looking to help two amazing people who could use the kindness of their communities' help.

Sam Simmons and his loving wife Lynn are extremely close to us, and if you know this couple, you would know how compassionate and kind they are.

Sam is like a father to Moe and has always been a very respected man. Sam has always been an extremely hard worker throughout his life as a farmer. Sam last worked for Walmart in Massena for quite some time but had to retire due to a cancer diagnosis and still has ongoing medical problems.

Lynn is also currently having her own harsh medical problems as well and has unfortunately made Lynn temporarily not be able to tend to Sam's everday needs. Lynn has been Sam's constant loving and compassionate caregiver until recently.

In the fall, they sold their house in Lyon Mountain and started building their new house in St. Regis Falls. They started in the middle of October and were trying to complete the home before winter comes upon us. Moe has been helping every chance he gets with projects to get them closer to finishing.

Between both of their medical issues, Lynn had to hire out private care to help Sam for his everyday needs while she takes care of herself.

Due to all that is happening around them, they have found that they are $2000 dollars shy from completing their new home.

We are looking to help lessen the burden by seeking to raise the rest of the money to be able to allow complete their home. This would allow Lynn and Sam to be able to relax and get better and take an incredible amount of stress off them so they can focus on themselves.
