Raising Money To Help Haines Family

Hi, Dawn(aka Andrea) here. We found out in June of this year that I have Stage 2 Breast Cancer. While I do not want you to feel bad for me. It is very expensive to have treatment. I have had the surgery to remove the cancer. And so far we are in the clear. But because of the kind of cancer that it is, I must undergo chemotherapy and radiation. Between both of these, I will loose some or all of my hair. Some say hair, is just hair. It can grow back. Although there is a slim chance it won't come back. So, in having this knowledge I am choosing to undergo a cooling therapy. It cools the scalp in slowing the flow of the chemo drugs to my hair. Which can save it. This is very expensive,  $500 for the cooling cap and $200 a treatment. Insurance doesn't always cover this. And so it is out of pocket. While I ask for help, I am very strong that I will win this battle with cancer.
