Raising Money To Save The House
Donation protected
*please forgive my lack of pictures my adoptive parents made it explicitly clear noone is to know and I can't risk someone we know seeing this* My adoptive parents didn't tell me until two days ago that if we can't pay the property tax on the house by the end of April that we will be forced out and the house will be auctioned the second weekend of May. I did all the research I was able as far as some kind of extension and the end of April is it. I am a 30 year old widow and mother of two. My partner committed suicide and I moved back home. I have an 8 year old daughter and a son that isn't even one yet and I honestly am terrified of what will happen without having this house. I don't have anyone I could stay with and would end up in a local shelter with my children and whatever belongings I'm allowed to take there with us. I do not know where my adoptive parents are going to go. He is very proud and it was hard for him to even admit this to us and ask for help trying to get it. I know it's probably a long shot to hope for everything from people that don't even know us, but anything can help get us closer to our goal. I will still be doing everything I can to raise money on my end, I don't have much that's worth money but I am trying to find anything I can sell right now. Unfortunately I already had sold most things to try and stay afloat when I was widowed so there's not a lot left.
