Raj Mishra Recovery

Raj Mishra embarked on his automotive journey in 2001 in Richmond, VA. In 2006, he became an integral part of the Lindsay Automotive Group, starting at Lindsay Saturn of Alexandria. Raj's persistence, dedication, and unparalleled work ethic propelled him through his career, leading to significant milestones at Lindsay Smart in 2008, Lindsay Ford in 2010, and Lindsay Volkswagen in 2015. Through his hard work, Raj not only created a successful career in the automotive industry but also created a fulfilling life for himself and his four children.

However, the summer of 2022 brought a sudden and challenging chapter to Raj's story. While on a scheduled two-week trip to India, he faced a severe motorcycle accident that left him with life-threatening injuries. Rushed to the hospital, Raj slipped into a coma, enduring a 23-day struggle for recovery. The extensive rehabilitation process kept him in India and away from the United States for over 18 months.

During this prolonged absence, Raj encountered financial hardships as he was faced with the absence of income and mounting medical bills. To safeguard his home and assets, he had no alternative but to deplete all his accounts, including retirement savings, and resort to seeking loans.

Despite these challenges, Raj's resilience, dedication, and inner strength paved the way for a remarkable comeback. Having made a full recovery, Raj has recently rejoined the Lindsay VW team in Manassas. However, the financial toll persists.
