As members of the Basotho Diaspora Association, we take immense pride in supporting Michelle, a shining example of Basotho excellence on the global stage holding the 3rd position worldwide and number 1 position in Africa for Taekwondo.

Her journey in Taekwondo began as a tribute to her late father, John Molise Tau, and since then, she has emerged as a formidable force in the sport. Michelle's dedication to rigorous training and pursuit of excellence have earned her a place among the elite, representing Lesotho with pride and distinction.

But Michelle's impact transcends the realms of athletics. As the Female Taekwondo Anti-Doping Ambassador for Lesotho and Africa, she advocates for clean and drug-free sports, embodying the values of integrity and fair play. Moreover, Michelle is a staunch advocate for women's rights, empowering girls and women to defend themselves against gender-based violence.
