Rally for a Family Facing Medical Crisis

My wife of 35 years ended up in the hospital a couple of years ago. **Autoimmune issues caused her organs to start shutting down, and she ended up with cirrhosis of the liver.** I take care of my wife, my disabled brother, and my autistic daughter. I'm the only one with income. I'm struggling so bad, and right now, I don't know what to do. I work 70 hours a week, six days a week, when I need to be home to care for my wife. **Recently, medical bills have been stacking up to a staggering amount of over $60,000.** This is the portion that is my responsibility. I've been getting threatening emails and letters from debt collectors, threatening to take me to court and put a lien on my home. I have maxed out all my credit cards, and I just don't know what to do. They always say that God doesn't give you more than you can handle. At this moment, telling my story, I don't want to lose my wife or my home.** I have never in my life asked anybody for anything. I am desperate, and I am praying that this is the right thing to do.
