Rally for Joe Gilliam and his wife Dena's Urgent Needs

Later information: Both Joe and his wife are now pretty much over the COVID infection, and Joe is mostly on the mend. They do, however still need a tremendous amount of monetary help to overcome the mounting medical bills for which they do not have the funds or insurance to cover. To those who have already donated, heartfelt thanks and to those who can see it in their hearts to help the family with a donation, however small, please give what you can.

A good friend of mine, Joseph A. Gilliam (amateur radio operator N5LXW of 333 East 4th St., Newton KS 67114 was seriously injured in a traffic accident (not his fault) about a month ago. He was booted out of a long term care facility because his funds ran out. To top that off, they sent him home with COVID. He and his wife Dena need a lot of help to pay all the bills and keep from losing their house. He will also need to replace his vehicle as it was totaled and his wife cannot drive due to vision problems. They seriously need all the help that Joe and Dena’s friends and sympathizers can provide. I was asked by a neighbor to help and set up this fund for them.
