Joonhee’s Legacy: A Community United
Donation protected
On July 23, 2024, Joonhee, a vibrant and kind-hearted 19-year-old from Koreatown, Los Angeles, suffered a severe stroke that has left him brain dead. Known for his brightness, passion for rock climbing, dedication to fitness, love of raving, and strong community presence, Joonhee's sudden tragedy has deeply affected his family and friends.
Despite the best efforts of medical professionals, the stroke caused irreversible brain damage, and Joonhee is now in a brain-dead state. His family is facing the excruciating reality of saying goodbye, and they need our support more than ever.
In addition to the emotional toll, the family is overwhelmed by mounting medical bills, funeral expenses, and other unforeseen costs. We are reaching out to our community, friends, and compassionate strangers to help ease this financial burden.
Your generous donations will go directly towards covering medical and funeral expenses, as well as providing support to the family during this incredibly difficult time. Any amount, big or small, makes a difference and is deeply appreciated.
Please consider contributing and sharing this page with others who might be able to help. Your support means the world to Joonhee’s family.
Rest in power, Joonhee. We love you.
