Rally for Justice: Support Frank's Friends

One of the signs at the Friends of Frank rally in March 2024 asked, “Who is Next?” We’re dismayed to report that the wrongdoing that led to Frank’s crisis in the Spring of 2024 has now targeted us. Elissa Malespina, represented by her attorney James Davis, is suing three of our members, falsely alleging defamation.

We are launching this Go Fund Me because Courtney, Stephanie and Rachel have had to retain counsel to defend themselves against this accusation. We are confident that a judge will find the complaint without merit (just as the Grand Jury found the prosecution of Frank), but we can’t make our case without your support.

We've included a link to the complaint Davis lodged on Malespina’s behalf in Essex County Superior Court against Courtney, Stephanie and Rachel. Read it for yourself; we don’t have anything to hide.

Courtney, Stephanie and Rachel’s attorneys, Zachary Wellbrock and James Henry Oliver have filed an answer to the complaint and will vigorously defend these three Friends of Frank until there is a just outcome.
