Rally for the Hofstetter's

Update: On August 29th, surrounded by the ones he loved most, heaven gained a new angel. Katie and the entire Hofstetter family are so grateful for your generosity during this unimaginable time. Kyle fought his battle relentlessly until the end, let’s pick up where he left off for him girls.

If you’ve ever had the gift of meeting the Hofstetters, you know that "relentless" is more than just a word—it’s a way of life. When Kyle, a former VMI college athlete and Army Vet, was diagnosed with Stage 4 fibrolamellar liver cancer 6 years ago, that relentlessness became their motto. Since then, Kyle, Katie, and their two incredible daughters Ella (4) & Millie (2) have accomplished more and touched more lives than many do in a lifetime.

This week, however, that relentless fight has turned into a battle for Kyle’s life with his admission to the ICU. The toll this journey has taken is unimaginable—hundreds of appointments, countless hospitalizations, too many procedures, and an emotional burden that never goes away. Yet, despite it all, the cost of raising a family doesn’t pause.

The Hofstetters are givers in every sense of the word—whether it’s their time, resources, spirit, or fundraising efforts. Almost every dollar they’ve received over the years, they’ve put right back into funding research for fibrolamellar cancer. But now, it’s our turn to give to them. Let’s rally around the Hofstetters and shower them with the love and support they’ve always shown others.
