Rally for Our Rights: April 5th

The national 50501 movement has partnered with the national movements of Indivisible, Women's March, Political Revolution, and others to organize a Nationwide Day of Action on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, which will include protests, marches, rallies, and sit-ins across all 50 States.

50501 Omaha + Like-minded Friends in Omaha are spearheading the plans and organizing efforts for our local April 5th rally in Omaha Memorial Park from 1pm-3pm. We are currently expecting upwards of 2,500 people, and that number is likely to grow!

As our enthusiasm for this event has grown, so have some of the costs. We want to make sure April 5th is as safe, accessible, and well-organized as possible so we can all worry less about amenities & safety and more about telling the fascist Trump administration, HANDS OFF our government,

HANDS OFF our tax dollars

HANDS OFF our constitutional rights

HANDS OFF our immigrant friends, family, and neighbors,

HANDS OFF our healthcare and social security,

and, most importantly, HANDS OFF our democracy!

Any funds remaining after April 5th will go toward future 50501 Omaha events and demonstrations.
