Rally for Paul: Gaming Volunteer Extraordinaire
Donation protected
Paul has been a pillar of the 1D4Con Community since it's inception in 2013. Bolstered by his love of tabletop and miniatures gaming, he has graciously volunteered his time and his talent to further the hobby.
Above all else, he loves the community, always greeting friends and strangers alike with a smile and is ready to help in anyway he can. He volunteers a lot of his non-working hours to helping out with the Pathfinder Society Organized Play group and finding amazing 3D printer projects to build and assemble for charitable causes. Every year he builds an amazingly huge, functional for gaming, terrain project for use in epic fantasy games.
Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, Paul has found himself in some trouble. Selflessly committing to charitable projects and spending enormous amounts of money on 3D printer supplies and parts. He ran out of money and found it very hard to swallow that pride, he continued his projects without asking for help, furthering his mental anguish. Ultimately the problems got too deep and not knowing what to do, he contemplated the self-harm in an attempt to end his problems in January 2024. Thankfully, before it was too late, he reached out for the help that he needed. He found treatment and the healing was able to begin. Even though his health problems have been attended to, he still needs some financial help. We were able to pull some money to provide aid in July 2024, but it wasn't enough. We want to give it another go to see if we can really help him up to his feet.
This page is an attempt to help one of our own find some escape of the financial problems that plague him. Please consider donating to this page
