Rally for Rodrigo

On Friday, October 12, ICE detained, Rodrigo Costa, in front of his home in Northeast Philadelphia. We need your help to get him out, ASAP. He has an old deportation order in absentia from 2005, which leaves him with very few options and little time to act. We must move with extreme haste. He has a wife and 3 children who depend on him greatly. Financially Rodrigo usually pays for their mortgage and childcare,  and now the legal fees are going to be stacking up. His family and friends need him here in the US desperately. He began the process of applying for a green card in 2016. We believe the government obtained his address from that application.
His name is Rodrigo Faria Costa. He and his wife Lindsay have been together for more than 6 years. Rodrigo is a kind and caring husband, father, and neighbor. He has no criminal record. He would be a model citizen if given the chance!
We have an excellent case for Cancellation of Removal IF we can convince a judge to reopen his deportation case.
We are working with lawyers to file a motion as soon as possible.
