Rally for the Silva Family

After a lengthy battle with illness, Marlene Silva passed away due to a fire in their home.  She will be loved and missed by many but none more than by her beloved husband Mark.  Mark and Marlene have been married 42 years. They met in high school and married a few years later.  Mark stood by Marlene through all of her health battles over the years and now grieves for his soulmate.  Mark has worked at CalPortland Construction, previously known as Union Asphalt, Inc.,  for 32 years and has been a lifetime member at the Santa Maria Raceway as a fan/crew chief/driver. He can always be found at the track on a Saturday night and when she could Marlene would join him.   All who know Mark know he has given years of his time and service to the Community.  Mark would never ask for anything in return.

It is our hope to lighten Mark's financial burden and by asking for your help in donating to cover some of her medical bills, funeral cost, and the cost of having to replace items lost from the fire.
