A Lifetime Cacique Award winner, founder of the iconic Bristo Club, and a beloved community leader, Vernal is the person visitors and locals alike have sought out for years as he would warmly welcome everyone with his famous greeting" TOP OF THE MORNING". He’s also a proud father and grandfather, whose kindness has left an indelible mark on countless lives.

Recently, Vernal underwent a series of major amputations that have drastically altered his way of life. Once vibrant and independent, he now requires 24-hour care from live-in medical professionals to assist him with daily activities and ensure his well-being. This care, while essential, comes at a significant financial cost, adding a heavy burden to an already difficult journey.

Vernal’s medical bills have mounted, and his family is doing all they can to provide the support he needs. However, the expenses for continuous professional care, medical equipment, and rehabilitation are overwhelming.
