Coach Jeff's Heavenly Homerun

Heaven gained an angel Wednesday, February 1. Jeff passed peacefully at home with Sonya. He is no longer captive to the cruel disease of ALS. He's no longer in pain--his body is made perfect. Since his diagnosis, Jeff truly lived every moment and cherished every day. He continued coaching as long as he could, and his baseball boys were his driving force. Sonya has been an absolute Godsend. Her love for Jeff was so evident in all she did to care for him in his final days as well as their entire relationship. Their determination to keep living their love story was such an inspiration. Sonya, their children, family, and his baseball boys need your prayers and support so much in this difficult time. Our loss is certainly heaven's gain, but his absence is felt overwhelmingly.
